Sumiya Cuernavaca is a beautiful Japanese-inspired hotel that truly captures zen vibes and lush greenery. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience and bridge any language barriers we encountered during our stay. I was impressed by the attention to detail and honesty of the staff - they even corrected a mistake I made with room service billing.The restaurant may offer a limited menu due to circumstances, but the attentive service and ambiance make up for it. The property, part of Grupo Empresarial Ángeles, offers a sense of stability and excellence in sustainable operation within the tourism industry. The bright oriental décor of the Camino Real adds a unique touch to the overall experience.Our rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing premium bedding, free WiFi, and other amenities to ensure a relaxing stay. The buffet breakfast at Arboleda overlooking the stunning hotel gardens was a delightful way to start the day. The outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and other recreational amenities allowed us to unwind and rejuvenate amidst the natural beauty surrounding the hotel.Sumiya Cuernavaca, located just a short drive from the historic center of Cuernavaca, offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
